How to Apply for Regular Services
It is really true! You no longer need to come to our offices for regular services. All regular services must be applied for through the State of Ohio at energyhelp.ohio.gov. Processing is on a first come, first served basis. All applications must come through the system where they are secure and can be tracked.
Online applications can take up to eight weeks to process and can be tracked by customers through the State's website.
